Few more starts for experiments.

Strip of yellow tissue paper collage onto bare birch plywood.  Transfer on top of this.  Refugee camp. Like seeing the wood grain. Next step?

Burma/Miyanmar Architecture.  Use tinted blue gloss medium to transfer.  Next gold on architecture, emphasizing flat pattern?

Transfer of an image of the Parthenon simultaneously with image of refugee camp and other bits of images.  Used tinted gel medium.  Like the torn random look.  Reminds me of torn notices posted on telephone poles. Also reminds me of fire.

Step 3: Experiments with materials.

Used water soluble oil pastels for back ground and some green water soluble colored pencils.  Tried Chromacryl  texturing  paste.  I thought it would be clear.  Will be painting over this.

Stained paper with water color .  (May have added tissue?)  Several layers of collage with stained gel medium between layers,  incised into the wet medium, let dry  before new layers were added.  Stained last layer with india ink.
